It is infinitely easier to sic local authorities on you rather than break up face to face in Albuquerque, where a politically-connected Woman can see to it that the Rule of Law is overlooked, often while committing serious felonies, in order to convict you of a misdemeanor by "Judges" who later murder their wife & commit suicide, are charged with rape, become accessories during & after the fact in conspiracy, collusion, perjury, fraud, misuse of stolen intellectual property over $500. in value, assisted by a cop who was the main suspect in her own Evidence Room Thefts, broke into the wrong home during a drug raid, & reportedly so abused an 80 year old grandmother, she required a trip to the Emergency Room. "New Mexico True". 🤣 You just can't make this stuff up.
Not only were the Necessary Elements denied to the Jury by "Judge" Neil Candelaria in the refiled case, (as they were later, on appeal on a Trial de Novo, with "Judge" Richard Knowles, who not only also rejected consideration of the Necessary Elements of Harassment, but allowed Officer Robbin Burge & the "Victim" to openly get their stories straight in Court while sitting next to each other! Burge also committed perjury saying I had mailed a letter to someone instructing them to "beat (her) up", but produced no such letter! After the outcome of this 2nd Kangaroo Trial, & out of money, unemployed, I had to let go. I was sentenced to 1 year of probation, but a heretofor clean record was now unjustly stained by the 'Scarlet Letter' of "Harassment"), but false rumors were circulated, even in Court, by Pete Ross Assistant District Attorney (now dead), that the Defendant was in the "Witness Protection Program", and the Jury itself was switched at the last minute, forcing the Defendant's Attorney to have to select a replacement Jury which had been pre-selected for a different trial & whose members and background were unknown to the Defendant's Attorney. This is New Mexico, where the video on "Ethics" shown to prospective jurors until very recently was by "Judge" Theresa Gomez, who was found to be living in Section 8 Housing meant for the poor (Judges make/made $100,000 a year at the time) & who was also found to be fixing cases for her staff, friends & others (along with "Judge" John Wayne Griego, of the same Court- Metropolitan Court). At the trial, slimeball Assistant District Attorney James Richard "Joe" Lally (pending), took the 11 items mailed to "Victim" over an 7 month period & not only supplemented them with other items not listed on the Probable Cause Affidavit, but took them out of their envelopes/containers in order to make them seem like a big pile of exhibits, rather than the eleven (11) listed that had been delivered over a period of seven (7) months.
In January 1995, I met with the late Art Geiselman, then a senior reporter for the Albuquerque Journal, at the downtown office for that newspaper. I was trying to obtain information on this "Joe" Lally, (James Richard Lally, Assistant District Attorney) who had been assigned to the case DA Robert M. Schwartz (now dead) refiled after it was dismissed & I had filed US District Court Civil Lawsuit CIV 94-1353M. Mr. Geiselman was astounded as Lally is normally appointed to high-profile drug cases & could not understand why he was being tasked with prosecuting a non-prurient, non-violent, non-drug related misdemeanor involving the sending of Love Letters & Love Poems in order to attempt to reconcile. He speculated Schwartz might have been doing so in an attempt to prejudice whichever Judge the case would be assigned to. (That would also explain the false rumors being spread by ADA Pete Ross (now dead) that I was in the "Witness Protection Program", also to prejudice the presiding Judge, former Albuquerque Police Officer, Assistant District Attorney & currently Judge, Neil Candelaria didn't need any more prejudicing, lol). When I asked him what he thought of ADA Lally, he lowered his head, shook it from side to side & merely responded "Ugh!". He would not elaborate on that laconic but very accurate comment. I had no idea. The slimeball even had Officer Robbin Burge (of Albuquerque Tribune, Page A1, July 16, 2004, & Albuquerque Journal, Page A1, March 2, 2006, infamy- scroll down) write a letter on Albuquerque Police stationery, to the Veterans Administration dated May 1995, in which she said ADA Lally had directed her to write it, claiming falsely that I had no medals & that I had committed fraud in obtaining my VA Disability Benefits & that I was "being investigated for other crimes" (My VA Pension was increased to 100% service-connected in subsequent years).
This was pure nasty "strategery" on their part since they had already informed the Albuquerque Public Schools, where I was working as a Bilingual Permanently-Assigned Substitute Teacher, that I had been arrested, which caused my summary firing. Having cut off that supply of income, they then turned their attention on my VA Pension hoping that the VA would listen to their bullshit & temporarily halt my Pension Checks, making it even more difficult to pay any attorney I could find to defend me. They told Albuquerque Public Schools that I had been arrested for "Domestic Violence"! Remember: It's New Mexico. Sending Love Poems & Love Letters to an ex-fiancee' trying to reconcile a relationship wherein there had been no threats of violence or even actual violence is apparently "Domestic Violence-Harassment" here! This is even more hypocritical when you scroll down and read the Albuquerque Tribune article dated July 16, 2004, about Officer Robbin Burge, where she apparently abused an 80 year old Hispanic Grandmother so badly after breaking into the wrong house during a no-knock drug raid, that the poor Woman had to be taken to the Emergency Room! You just can't make this stuff up.
Again, this is New Mexico, where an attractive, blond, Democrat Woman can kill two (2) husbands in almost the exact same way & walk away. The first time due to failure to prosecute her. The second by the District Attorney "phoning in" the prosecution of the case. This is not an isolated case.

Still perplexed that you were ready to marry me, checked on procedure for obtaining marriage license, requirements, etc. & visited Santa Fe with me to look at rings after only 5 months of knowing each other, but it took you 10 years of dating the perfesser, followed by 10 years of living with him to marry him.
